The map interface of the application displays the position of only one vehicle.
The displayed GPS data always shows the real-time location of the vehicle operated by Szentai Zoltán (sole proprietor taxi service provider).
The application:
does not include multiple drivers
does not perform driver search
does not operate as a taxi marketplace or aggregator platform
Users cannot choose a driver.
All ride requests are sent directly to Szentai Zoltán and the transportation service is performed exclusively by him.

The application provides direct taxi ordering to a single taxi driver only.
It does not collect multiple service providers and does not act as a dispatcher or intermediary platform.
Users may contact the service provider via the phone number displayed in the application.
The application allows passengers to order a taxi directly from the data controller.
When a ride request is sent:
the service provider receives a notification
confirms the ride
completes the transportation service
The application processes only the data necessary to complete the ride:
passenger name (if provided)
passenger phone number
pickup address
destination address
order time
optional note
ride status information (e.g. driver started, driver arrived)
The application does not process:
payment card data
ID documents
sensitive personal data
Data is processed solely for:
completing the taxi ride
contacting the passenger
returning lost items
handling complaints
resolving disputes
identifying the specific ride
The service provider’s phone number is visible in the app so passengers can directly contact him regarding lost property or ride inquiries.
Personal data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
The application does not require user account registration and does not create persistent user profiles.
The application does not use advertising services, analytics tracking, or third-party profiling systems, and personal data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Passenger ride data is stored for the minimum period necessary to provide and complete the taxi service.
Operational order records (instant and scheduled ride requests) may be removed from the active order collections after ride completion.To ensure operational reliability and traceability, limited technical processing records (such as notification dispatch status logs and timestamped processing metadata) may be retained for a longer period in backend systems.
Where ride details are forwarded by email for dispatch/operational handling, such emails may remain in the controller’s mailbox according to mailbox retention settings and legal obligations.
Data is not retained longer than necessary for service operation, dispute handling, legal compliance, and security/audit purposes.
Only the data controller has access to personal data for service operation.
Data is not sold and is not shared with unrelated third parties, except where required by law.
Push Notifications
The application may send ride-related notifications, such as:
- ride accepted
- driver arrived
- ride completed
Push notifications contain operational service information and are never used for marketing.
Email Notifications
For operational handling of ride requests, the application backend may send email notifications to the data controller:
- for instant rides: passenger name and phone number;
- for scheduled rides: full ride request details.
Email notifications are used only for operating the taxi service and are not used for advertising or profiling.
The application uses Google technical infrastructure (such as Firebase services, notification delivery, server communication, and email-related infrastructure).
These systems process data required for operation and are not used by the data controller for any other purpose.
When a new ride request is created, the backend may send an operational email notification to the data controller.
For instant ride requests, the email may contain:
- passenger name
- passenger phone number
For scheduled ride requests, the email may contain the full ride request form, including:
- passenger name
- passenger phone number
- pickup address
- destination address
- scheduled date and time
- optional note
In addition, the data controller may send SMS messages to users:
- service/availability information (e.g., “currently available for rides”),
- booking information (e.g., pre-order availability),
- promotional offers (e.g., daily discounts, special fare offers).
Promotional SMS messages are sent only to users who have provided prior consent where required by applicable law. Users can request to stop promotional SMS messages at any time.
Email and SMS processing is used for taxi service operation and customer communication, and is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
The application displays the service provider’s phone number so the passenger can contact him directly.
Users have the right to:
request information about their data
request correction of their data
request deletion of their data
request restriction of processing
The data controller takes reasonable technical measures to protect personal data.
The application does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.
By using the application, the user accepts this privacy policy and the processing of personal data described herein.
