INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION DATA

The application provides direct taxi ordering to a single taxi service provider.

The map interface displays the real-time position of only one service vehicle operated by Szentai Zoltán (sole proprietor taxi service provider).

During an active ride request, the driver's application temporarily displays the passenger's current location solely for the purpose of locating the passenger and completing the requested transportation service.

The passenger's location is visible only during the active ride process and is no longer displayed after the ride has been completed or cancelled.

The application:

• does not include multiple drivers;

• does not perform driver search;

• does not operate as a taxi marketplace or aggregator platform.

Users cannot choose a driver.

All ride requests are sent directly to Szentai Zoltán, and the transportation service is performed exclusively by him.

The application provides direct taxi ordering to a single taxi driver only.

It does not collect multiple service providers and does not act as a dispatcher or intermediary platform.

Users may contact the service provider via the phone number displayed in the application.

2. How the Service Works

The application allows passengers to order a taxi directly from the data controller.

When a ride request is sent:

• the service provider receives a notification;

• confirms the ride;

• completes the transportation service.

3. Data Collected

The application processes only the data necessary to complete the ride:

• passenger name (if provided);

• passenger phone number;

• pickup address;

• destination address;

• passenger's real-time location during an active ride request;

• order time;

• optional note;

• ride status information (e.g. driver started, driver arrived).

The application does not process:

• payment card data;

• ID documents;

• sensitive personal data.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed solely for:

• completing the taxi ride;

• contacting the passenger;

• displaying the passenger's real-time location to the driver during the active ride solely for passenger pickup and completion of the requested transportation service;

• returning lost items;

• handling complaints;

• resolving disputes;

• identifying the specific ride.

The service provider's phone number is visible in the application so passengers can directly contact him regarding lost property or ride inquiries.

Personal data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

The application does not require user account registration and does not create persistent user profiles.

The application does not use advertising services, analytics tracking, or third-party profiling systems, and personal data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

Passenger ride data is stored only for the period necessary to provide and complete the taxi service.

Operational order records (instant and scheduled ride requests) may be removed from the active order collections after ride completion.

To ensure operational reliability and traceability, limited technical processing records (such as notification dispatch status logs and timestamped processing metadata) may be retained for a longer period in backend systems.

Where ride details are forwarded by email for dispatch or operational handling, such emails may remain in the controller's mailbox according to mailbox retention settings and applicable legal obligations.

The passenger's real-time location is processed only while the ride request is active and is no longer displayed to the driver after the ride has been completed or cancelled.

Data is not retained longer than necessary for service operation, dispute handling, legal compliance, and security or audit purposes.

6. Data Access and Notifications

Only the data controller has access to personal data for the purpose of operating the taxi service.

Personal data is not sold and is not shared with unrelated third parties, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Push Notifications

The application may send ride-related notifications, including:

• ride accepted;

• driver started;

• driver arrived;

• ride completed.

Push notifications contain only operational service information and are never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Email Notifications

For operational handling of ride requests, the application backend may send email notifications to the data controller.

For instant ride requests, the email may contain:

• passenger name;

• passenger phone number.

For scheduled ride requests, the email may contain the complete ride request, including:

• passenger name;

• passenger phone number;

• pickup address;

• destination address;

• scheduled date and time;

• optional note.

Email notifications are used exclusively for operating the taxi service and are not used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

The application uses Google technical infrastructure (including Firebase services, push notification delivery, secure server communication, and email-related infrastructure) where necessary for service operation.

These systems process only the technical data required to provide the service and are not used by the data controller for any other purpose.

6.1 Passenger Location Processing

During an active ride request, the passenger's current location may be displayed in the driver's application.

This functionality exists solely to enable the driver to locate the passenger efficiently and complete the requested transportation service.

The passenger's real-time location:

• is visible only to the service provider (driver);

• is available only while the ride request is active;

• is used exclusively for providing the requested taxi service;

• is not shared with other users or third parties;

• is no longer displayed after the ride has been completed or cancelled.

The application does not continuously track passengers outside the duration of an active ride request.

6.2 SMS Communication

The data controller may send SMS messages to users regarding:

• service availability;

• booking information;

• ride-related information;

• promotional offers where permitted by applicable law.

Promotional SMS messages are sent only to users who have provided the required prior consent. Users may withdraw their consent and opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time.

SMS communication is used for customer communication and taxi service operation only and is never used for profiling or automated decision-making.

7. Contact Availability

The application displays the service provider's phone number so passengers can contact him directly regarding their ride or lost property.

8. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• request information about their personal data;

• request correction of inaccurate personal data;

• request deletion of their personal data;

• request restriction of processing where permitted by applicable law.

9. Data Security

The data controller implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

The application does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.

10. Acceptance

By using the application, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data as described herein.
